End User License Agreement

This covers the Continued Strike app (the launcher) and the game client it starts. The website's Terms of Service cover your account, memberships and payments.

License

Installing Continued Strike gives you a personal licence, which you can't pass on, to use the app and play on our servers. It doesn't make you the owner of the app, the game, its assets or its code.

What you can't do

Sharing copies, reselling, reverse-engineering, getting around the anti-cheat, or using the client to cheat (aimbots, wallhacks or similar) isn't allowed, and can get your account banned. The game can only be started from the Continued Strike app, and the Continued Strike anti-cheat has to be running while you play.

Skins & items

In-game items and skins in your inventory stay with the account they were given to. You can trade them with other players in the Continued Strike app. They are for use inside Continued Strike only, have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. Buying or selling items or accounts for real money isn't allowed.

Termination

Your licence ends if your account is banned for cheating or abuse, or if you stop meeting these terms. A ban also ends any membership on the account, as set out in the Terms of Service.

No warranty

Provided as it is, without warranty, as a community project in active development. Expect bugs, and expect things to change.
